Fireworks & Forward Motion

Family,
Fourth of July fireworks echoed like gunshots last night. Not my favorite soundtrack. But I focused on the colors, not the bang, and whispered Psalm 34:4: “He delivered me from all my fears.” Harley wagged like we’d just invented joy.

Road takeaway: Fear rewinds the mind; gratitude hits fast-forward. Name three things you’re grateful for—loudly, right then. It scrambles anxiety’s signal like a busted radio.

One mile at a time,
– AL & Harley
