DeKeyser Publishing respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to submit a DMCA takedown request if you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission — and how we respond to violations involving OUR content.

1. NOTICE FOR COPYRIGHT OWNERS

If your copyrighted material has been posted, shared, or distributed on this website without your authorization, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice.

We will respond quickly to valid notices and remove infringing content.

2. HOW TO FILE A DMCA TAKEDOWN REQUEST

To file a takedown request, send a written notification containing the following:

✔ A. Your Contact Information

  • Full legal name

  • Email address

  • Physical address (optional)

  • Phone number (optional)

✔ B. Identification of the Copyrighted Work

Describe the copyrighted material you believe has been infringed.
Example: “Chapter text from the book ______,” “Artwork titled ______,” etc.

✔ C. Location of the Infringing Material

Provide a URL or exact description of where the unauthorized content appears.

✔ D. Good-Faith Statement

Include the following required statement:

“I have a good-faith belief that the material identified is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

✔ E. Accuracy & Perjury Statement

Also include:

“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

✔ F. Your Signature

An electronic signature is acceptable.

3. WHERE TO SEND YOUR DMCA NOTICE

Send all DMCA notices to:

We recommend including “URGENT” in the subject for severe cases.

4. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT A DMCA NOTICE

Once we receive your valid DMCA request:

  1. We will review it promptly.

  2. We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  3. We will notify the user (if applicable) who posted the content.

  4. The user may send a Counter-Notification if they believe the takedown was in error.

  5. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless you file legal action within 14 business days.

5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE (For Mistaken Takedowns)

If content was removed due to a DMCA request but you believe it was done in error, you may send a Counter-Notice.

Your counter-notice MUST include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Identification of the removed content

  • A statement:
    “I have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.”

  • A statement consenting to legal jurisdiction

  • Your electronic signature

6. REPEATED INFRINGEMENT POLICY

DeKeyser Publishing reserves the right to:

  • block offenders

  • restrict access

  • ban accounts

  • pursue legal action

  • permanently remove content

…for users or platforms repeatedly violating copyright laws.

7. DMCA PROTECTION FOR DEKEYSER PUBLISHING CONTENT

The following content is protected and may NOT be used without permission:

  • Books, chapters, manuscripts

  • Video scripts, shorts, trailers

  • YouTube videos, voice recordings

  • Brand logos, designs, artwork

  • Photos of the author or the author's dogs

  • Social media posts and written content

  • Book titles, series names, slogans

  • Website text, descriptions, and graphics

Reposting or copying any of the above WILL trigger DMCA enforcement.

8. AI, SCRAPING, & AUTOMATED USE PROHIBITION

It is strictly prohibited to use ANY content from this website for:

  • AI training

  • dataset creation

  • machine learning models

  • scraping or text extraction

  • voice cloning

  • deepfake generation

  • automated analysis tools

Violations will be met with immediate DMCA action and further legal enforcement.
